A viral video of Kamala Harris calling Joe Biden and telling him, “We did it Joe. You’re gonna be the next president of the United States" became viral and many users used the sound on TikTok to mimic the vice president's tone and mannerisms. 

This viral meme is a response to the built up stress of the nation during the election. A large portion of the nation was relived that Donald Trump didn't win again and many people decided to have a laugh and make memes during this time. 

This response is uniquely funny due to may people changing and adapting the meme to different situations. People would use the sound to demonstrate different scenarios that could be relatable. People would add their own witty captions with them reenacting the sound to situations that other people wouldn't even think of it being related to.

Memes and viral jokes thrive in a time of stress and uncertainty in this country, which is why the 2020 election resulted in so many political memes, and the pandemic could see this as well with memes involving the toilet paper shortage and the vaccine.
