The meaning of the meme I've chosen is related to several things.  First off it is about anxiety, as shown in the first picture.  The context of the middle two pictures is about a video game called Destiny/ Destiny 2.  The final picture is the wrapping up the meme.  This meme is portraying a player that usually plays solo trying out a group raid that takes six people.  Then that person is criticized for not being very good at this raid, so they proclaim that they wouldn't do that again.

To further understand what this meme is about you must know what the game is.  Destiny is massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) which a lot of people play solo or in small groups of two or three.  The raid that is referenced is a six-person event that all players have to cooperate, with each other, in order to complete.  Usually, you would have a group of friends, or players that know each other, that would get together to complete this event.  But if you don't have that many people to play with, then you must play with strangers.  Most of the time the reason someone plays alone is because they have a little bit of social anxiety, or just don't like to play with other people.  Now when you do try this raid out, you would usually play with others like you.  People that have no clue what to do.  Somehow there is a player in this group of strangers that will vaguely know what to do.  They probably will lead the party, which eventually will delegate tasks to the members of the party.  Also, because I didn't say so these raids are sometimes hours long, so if you mess up, your team is most likely going to call you out, this applies to everyone though.  When you get called out is where this meme hits home for players.  They hate either letting others down and are subconscious about this, or they get into fights that prove their doubts about playing with random players.  They then sometimes force themselves through the experience again; though, it might be a bit different than last time, or shut themselves in and don't play raids again.  The game does have several different modes that forces you to play with others, but it is different than playing a raid.

To analyze this meme more, you can look at why it was created.  The author was most definitely a person that got bullied during a raid and was looking for a way to vent, and others who share their "pain".  On the off chance that the author wasn't one of the people that play solo and was forced into this situation, they either know a person like this or heard a story and decided to do this meme.  Though that is possible it's not probable, and the author has a, at least small, connection to this meme.

Now the on the surface of this meme you see can see some of the depth, but it is supposed to be a funny and relatable to anxious people.  When you do read into what is happening you see it isn't that funny.  People are being bullied and are becoming social outsiders.  In other terms the introverts are trying to branch out and be extraverted, but are receiving poor treatment and forced back into a introverted play style.
